Corey M. Moffat is dedicated to representing public water providers unfairly impacted by contamination.
Prior to joining Robins Borghei LLP, Corey worked for Walker, Hamilton & Koenig LLP, where he negotiated the settlement of several personal injury claims and successfully tried a case through a favorable jury verdict. Corey has also spent time working with the Natural Resource Defense Council, Earthrise Law Center, and Judge Michael W. Mosman of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
Corey graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School where he was a member of the Cornelius Honor Society, earned a certificate in environmental and natural resource law, and was awarded the 2015 Bernard O’Rourke Award for outstanding written scholarship in the environmental/natural resources field. Corey was also the Ninth Circuit Review Editor for Environmental Law Review and won Lewis & Clark’s negotiation moot court competition.
Corey grew up in Berkeley and now lives in San Francisco. In his free time, Corey enjoys skiing, surfing, backpacking and playing soccer.
