Thomas D. Green (Ty) is a partner with Robins Borghei LLP and with Adamski Moroski Madden Cumberland & Green LLP, and has a general business practice emphasizing corporate, land use, real estate, environmental and construction matters. He also practices in the area of municipal and eminent domain law. Ty received both his Bachelor of Arts and his law degree from the University of Southern California, and is rated AV® Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer review rating given to attorneys based on legal ability and ethical standards.
Upon graduating from law school, Ty worked at the law firm of Brown, Windfield & Canzoneri in Los Angeles where he was a partner from 1985 until 1991. During that time, he was a Deputy City Attorney for the cities of Monterey Park and Cerritos. He also served as a judge pro tem of the Los Angeles Municipal Court.
Ty moved to San Luis Obispo in 1991 and became a partner with the firm of Sinsheimer, Schiebelhut & Baggett. Since 2002, he has been a partner in the law firm Adamski, Moroski Madden Cumberland & Green LLP. He has represented clients in a wide variety of land use matters in the County of San Luis Obispo and surrounding areas. These have included some of the largest (and often contentious) retail, commercial, residential and agricultural projects in the area.
Ty regularly works with state and local agencies to obtain the desired result in the most efficient and economical manner, and has an impeccable reputation for thoroughness, integrity and results.
In his spare time Ty is the managing partner of SLO Racing Stable (sloracing.com) which owns and races a number of thoroughbreds. He sings with the San Luis Obispo Vocal Arts Ensemble, and is a Board Member with Woods Humane Society.
